When signing up, the security token will be your house number. 

Example: Service Address = 110 S Ash ST; Security Token = 110

Office hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Bills Due: 5th of every month by 4:30pm

Delinquent Due: 15th of every month by 4:30pm

Payments scheduled for after the 5th at 4:30pm are subject to late penalty. If scheduling a payment for after the 5th please include an additional 10% with your scheduled amount. Please schedule payments for before the 15th.

Accounts with a balance on the 15th at 4:30pm are subject to disconnection the next business day and additional fees.

Payments made after 4:30pm will be posted on the next business day.
